STATEMENTS
OF FAITH
We believe the Bible
to be the inspired, the only
infallible authoritative Word of God.
2 Tim. 3:16; 2 Peter
1:19-21
We believe that there is
one God, eternally existent in three
persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Deuteronomy 6:4; Hebrews 1:3;
Acts 5:3,4
We believe in the Deity
of our Lord Jesus Christ,
in His virgin birth, in His sinless
life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His
shed blood, in His bodily resurrection,
in His ascension to the right hand
of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.
John 1; John 20:28;
Luke 1:34; Hebrews 4:15; John
20:30; 1 Corinthians
15:3-5; Mark 16:19; Revelation 20:4;
Luke 21:27
We believe that
repentance and faith in the precious
blood of Christ is the only means of being cleansed from sin.
Acts 16:30-31; 1 John 1:7-10
We believe in the
present ministry of the Holy Spirit,
by Whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live the Godly
life.
Galatians 5:22;-23;
Ephesians 5:18-20; John 7:37-39
We believe in the resurrection of
both the saved and the lost; those who are saved to the resurrection of
life, and those who are lost to
the resurrection of
condemnation.
Matthew 25:31-46; John 5:28-29
We
believe in the spiritual unity of believers in Christ, and the
evidence of that unity being shown by how we love one another.
Ephesians 4:11-13,
1 Corinthians 12:4-7

But RUTH said, "Do
not urge me to leave you or turn back from following you;
for where you go, I
will go, and where you lodge, I will lodge. Your people
shall be my people, and your God, my
God..........Ruth 1:16
RUTH is founded on the very principle
found in the scripture above. As a group of women seeking God, it is our
desire to follow Him in obedience and to share His love and encouragement
with others.
RUTH stands for,
"Reaching for Ultimate Truth in Him." How can we do that? First we
"reach", that is an action that each of us is responsible for in our own
life. Once we take that first step of "reaching", then we can seek God’s
truth through Bible Study, Prayer and fellowship with other Christians.
RUTH is here to
offer a safe haven....a place to come and get a hug, a smile, a laugh....a
place to cry, to vent and to share. In this process, it is our prayer
that the WORD will be shared daily as well....that it will touch the lives
of all who take part. RUTH is a group of Godly women that love HIM and are
always willing to hold each other up in prayer.
Our main focus of ministry take
place on a private, protected message board. Here we all come and go
as time permits; we post messages as well as reply to messages that have
been posted by others. Prayers, devotions, Bible Studies as well as
encouragement and support can be found daily at RUTH.
We prayerfully ask that if you are not a Christian, that you would
take a moment to read our page on "HOW
TO BECOME A CHRISTIAN".
Although RUTH is a Ministry of Believers, we have an open heart to those
who are sincerely seeking and searching for a better way of life. If you
have any questions, please feel welcome to email us, or if you would like
to apply please click on "Application" in the link bar on the left side of this
page.
In The Potter's Hand ..... RUTH
Women's Ministry
If we say
that we have fellowship with Him,
and walk in
darkness, we lie, and do not practice the truth.”

“A new commandment I give to you,
that you love one another as I have loved you; that you also love
one another. By this all will know that you are My disciples, if
you
have love for one another.”
